Team & Leadership

Negin Edalatmehr is an architecture graduate whose perspective on the field has always been driven by a strong sense of purpose, a commitment to growth, and a vision that extends beyond the conventional boundaries of architectural practice.

Transparency and the establishment of lasting credibility were the guiding principles behind the development of this structure. Grand Tigara was established on the legal and organizational foundation of the businesses owned by Negin Edalatmehr, particularly the Phoenix Trading and Construction companies (Qoqnoos Structural Designers Hirkan). This foundation enables distinguished clients and architects to benefit from robust legal, operational, and executive support with complete confidence.

The primary challenge at the outset was to create a pioneering model in Iran for which no precedent existed. Establishing this structure required patience and continuous leadership, supported by successive meetings, specialized training, and the ongoing reassessment of strategies, until the organization’s long-term objectives became firmly embedded across all operational divisions.

For this reason, until every process is fully established, Negin Edalatmehr maintains direct and meticulous oversight of every detail—from ensuring that clients’ voices are truly heard and schedules are carefully managed, to evaluating the quality of incoming materials, maintaining showroom standards, and overseeing the organization’s visual and media output.

Yet the philosophy of leadership at Grand Tigara has never revolved around a single name. The true and defining word at the heart of this organization is “we.” This journey is the result of the trust, dedication, and perseverance of a team that stood alongside its leadership through the most challenging days, working together to turn the seemingly impossible into reality.

Today, Grand Tigara is a united family of like-minded professionals who have transformed quality and authenticity into a shared conviction at the heart of luxury architecture.
